How much does an event photographer cost?

As a guide, Australian event photography is often quoted by the hour or as a package, commonly from a few hundred dollars for short coverage up to a few thousand for a full event. Requesting quotes is the best way to see real pricing for your function.

How many hours of coverage do I need?

Most full weddings are covered across six to ten hours, from getting ready to the reception. Shorter events and corporate functions may only need two to four hours. Tell us your run sheet and we will help match coverage to it.

How far in advance should I book?

For weddings and peak-season events, popular photographers and videographers are often booked six to twelve months ahead. For smaller events a few weeks can be enough. The earlier you enquire, the more choice you have.
